Free July 4th Newport Symphony Concert

From newportnewstimes.com: Bay Music Association and Mo's Restaurants will again sponsor a free July 4th concert of patriotic and popular music performed by the Newport Symphony Orchestra, conducted this year by David Ogden Stiers (schedule permitting). The concert will be at 4 p.m. Monday, July 4 at the Newport Performing Arts Center. The program for the concert will include Sousa marches, Charles Ives' "Variations on America," Morton Gould's "American Salute," and Aaron Copland's "A Lincoln Portrait," to be narrated by Stiers.
